To provide the highest level of personalization, we offer a limited number of custom bookings each year. We recommend reaching out 6 to 10 months in advance to begin this process. Typically, custom designs take about 8-12 weeks from concept to delivery, though this may vary based on our current schedule and the scope of your project. Upon receiving your feedback, we’ll refine each design with up to five rounds of revisions, adjusting text, materials, and style until it feels just right. Together, we’ll create a suite that speaks to your aesthetic and expresses your one-of-a-kind vision.

Once you’ve given the green light, we’ll begin production without delay. This process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks, followed by finishing touches like assembly, calligraphy addressing, and vintage postage, which add another 2 to 3 weeks to the timeline.
